Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01223/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows, doors, rainwater goods and roof covering of the proposed extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.

3) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, detailed drawings of the proposed new external windows and doors showing fenestration, sections, mouldings and cill/head details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.

4) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the proposed roof light shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. 01, 02, 03 and 04 received 18/10/07 and the Block Plans received 05/11/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
