Conditions or Reasons:
1) The operations as specified in the first schedule hereto constitute development within the means given in Section 55 of the 1990 Act. However pursuant to Article 3 and Class A of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 and Sections 58 to 61 of the 1990 Act the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained.
