Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00011/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The stables and storage development hereby permitted shall be used only as private, non-commercial stabling and for related equestrian/agricultural storage and for no other purpose.

Reason: To prevent the buildings from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality and as the access to the site is unsuitable for such a commercial use and to comply with with Policy DM18 of the adopted North Core Strategy (2009)..
3) The stables and storage building shall be finished of a colour in accordance with the submitted details in the documents by National Stables and Capital Steel Buildings respectively.

Reason: To control the appearance of the buildings and to comply with policies DM3 and DM18 of the adopted North Core Strategy (2009).
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [Dwg Plan A, B, D, Novice Stable Range brochure, Capital Steel Buildings plans CBC 1, CBC2, CBC 3 ].

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
