Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/12/04507/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R and policy 43 D.S.C.B).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 2257/01, 2257/02, 2257/03, 2257/04, 2257/11 Rev C, 2257/12 Rev E, 2257/14

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
