Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00039/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Visibility splays shall be provided at the junction of the vehicular access with the public highway. The splays shall extend to the limits of the site's highway frontage on each side of the access from a point on the centre line of the access measured 2.4m back from the road channel. Thereafter the visibility splays shall maintained free of any obstruction.

Reason: In the interest of highway safety.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SOP/01P/SKA/19/10/11/001/D, CBC01 and SK/A/13/26/02/001

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
