Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00276/CA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Within three months of the completion of the demolition works hereby approved, the resultant debris shall be cleared from the site.

Reason: To control the development in the interests of the visual amenity of the area.
(Policies BE8 S.B.L.P.R. and 36, 43 & 45 D.S.C.B. ).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing Numbers CBC/01 - 04, 04101/01 Rev P2, 04101/02 Rev P2, and 04101/03 Rev P1 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
