Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00347/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be used as private, non-commercial stabling and for no other purpose.

Reason: To prevent the stables from being used for commercial purposes which would be inappropriate in highway terms in this location.
3) The buildings hereby granted approval shall only be used for an agricultural use associated with Drapers House identified on drawing no. 13/0001/04 and for no commercial use.

Reason: To ensure that the Local Planning Authority have control over the use of the building.
4) Within a period of 12 months from the date of approval the container, portabcain and Luton Body identified in purple on drawing no.13/0001/04 shall be permanently removed from the application site.

Reason: To protect the visual amenity of the area.
5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 13/0001/02, 13/0001/02/03, 13/0001/04, 13/0001/05 & 13/0001/06.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
