Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00370/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The tractor and implement storage building hereby granted approval shall only be used for an agricultural use associated with the paddock identified on drawing no. 1783.4 and for no commercial use.

Reason: To ensure that the Local Planning Authority have control over the use of the building.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1783.4 & 1783-14.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
