Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01320
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows, doors, rainwater goods, and roof covering of the proposed extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
3) Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, detailed drawings of the proposed new external windows and doors showing fenestration, sections, mouldings, the relationship with the external envelope of the building and cill/head details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
4) Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the proposed roof light shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
5) This consent relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Block Plan received 15/11/07 and Drawings Nos. 01, 02, 03 and 04 received 12/11/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
