Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/00891/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed dwelling house, by way of its design and appearance, represents an undesirable form of development, inappropriate to and at variance with the prevailing form and character of development in the vicinity. The proposal is not an example of good design and as such is contrary to the objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework (2012), policies CS14 and DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and technical guidance - Design in Central Bedfordshire: A Guide for Development (2010).
2) A satisfactory completed Unilateral Undertaking has not been submitted with the proposal in order to make financial contributions towards infrastructure provision in the local area. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy CS2 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, November 2009 and to Central Bedfordshire Council's Adopted Supplementary Planning Document: Planning Obligations Strategy (2009).
