Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions by reason of their excessive height, bulk, siting and unsatisfactory design would appear visually obtrusive, overbearing and would cause undue overshadowing which would be harmful to the residential and visual amenities of the neighbouring occupiers. Therefore the proposals do not comply with the National Planning Policy Framework (2012), Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, or Policy 43 of the emerging Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire (2013) and they do not meet the requirements of the Central Bedfordshire Council's Supplementary Guidance Design Supplement 4: Residential Alterations and Extensions.
