Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/01181/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The area of land subject to this application shall not benefit from the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), so that no further development can be constructed or carried out on the land without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure the openness of the site, and to control development on the land in the interests of the amenities of the area, in accordance with policies CS14, DM3 and DM4 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and policies 38, 43 and 50 from the emerging Central Bedfordshire Development Strategy (2013).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/01 and CBC/02.
