Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01387
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The structural alterations required to modify the outbuilding to comply with the approved drawings shall be completed within 60 days of the date of this permission.
REASON: To ensure the resolution of a breach of planning control and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area and the openness of the Green Belt.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) Within 30 days of the days of the date of this permission details of a scheme for the treatment/colouring of the exterior of the outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The scheme as approved shall be implemented within a further 30 days of its approval in writing.
REASON: To ensure the resolution of a breach of planning control and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 3749/01 Rev. B (hand dated Nov 07) received 14/12/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
