Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed works would involve cutting, alteration and removal of historic structural timbers which are of significant architectural and historic interest. The works would therefore be harmful to the special architectural and historic interest of the Listed Building and contrary to national guidance contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 15, 'Planning and the Historic Environment'.
