Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01464/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The construction of the timber enclosure hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The outbuilding hereby approved shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the external finish of the outbuilding hereby approved shall be agreed to in writing by the District Planning Authority prior to the erection of the building. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plans, Floor Plan and Elevation Drawings received 17/12/07 and Elevation Drawings received 02/01/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
