Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/02125/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall commence until details of materials to be used for all external finishes of the development hereby approved has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out only in accordance therewith.

Reason: To control the appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policies CS14 and DM3 of Central Bedfordshire Council's Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (2009) and Policies 43 of the emerging Central Bedfordshire Council Development Strategy (January 2013).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Drawing numbers 1A and CBC/01.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
