Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01483
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single storey extension by virtue of it's inappropriate design and proportions would result in a building form not consistent with the form and proportions of the main dwelling and the proposal would therefore have an adverse affect on the character and appearance of the Listed Building. The proposal is thereby contrary to the principle of good design as set out within national advice in Planning Policy Statement 1, - 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and Planning Policy Guidance 15 - 'Planning and the Historic Environment and also Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
