Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the submitted details shown on the plans, detailed drawings of the windows and doors to be replaced to a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on plans 1499.01.01, 1499.01.02, 1499.01.03, 1499.01.04, 1499.01.05,1499.01.06, 1499.01.07, 1499.02.01, 1499.02.02, 1499.02.03, 1499.02.04

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
