Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01484
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single storey extension by virtue of it's inappropriate design and proportions would result in a building form not consistent with the form and proportions of the main dwelling and the proposal would therefore have an adverse affect on character and appearance of the Listed Building. The proposal is thereby contrary to the national advice contained in Planning Policy Guidance 15 - 'Planning and the Historic Environment which seeks to safeguard the character of Listed Buildings.
