Conditions or Reasons:
1) The garage premises shall only be used for the purpose described on this decision notice and for no other purpose in any Class of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification). The use shall be restricted only to the garage shown outlined in red on plan CBC/001 Rev A and CBC/002 Rev B.

Reason: To control the development in the interests of amenity.
2) This permission is for the sole benefit of Mrs Susan Seabert and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company.

Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.
3) This approval relates only to the details shown on plans CBC/001 Rev A and CBC/002 Rev B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
