Conditions or Reasons:
1) A satisfactory completed Unilateral Undertaking has not been submitted with the proposal in order to make financial contributions towards infrastructure provision in the local area. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy CS2 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, November 2009 and to Central Bedfordshire Council's Adopted Supplementary Planning Document: Planning Obligations Strategy (2009).
