Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development, by reason of the scale, design and prominent siting of the fence and the loss of the amenity land, detracts from the streetscene in this part of Cromer Way, fails to complement and harmonise with its surroundings and detracts from the amenity of the area. The development is thereby contrary to government guidance contained within Planning Policy Statement 1: 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
