Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 6 months of the date of this permission No. 172 shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, cease to be occupied as an independent dwelling, unless the existing porch serving No. 170 is demolished and the parking area and extended driveway laid out as shown on the approved plans, and drained and surfaced in accordance with details to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The areas shall not thereafter be used for any other purpose.

Reason: In order to secure an appropriate means of access to the highway and enable vehicles to draw off and park clear of the highway thus minimising danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the adjoining highway.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [868.5A, 868.6A, CBC01 location plan].
