Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00059
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by reason of the design, scale and relationship of the rear elevation to the boundary with Nos. 34, 35 and 36 Woodman Close, would appear visually overbearing and intrusive on these residential properties and have an adverse impact on the amenity of residents of those properties. The proposal would thereby be contrary to the principles of good design as set out in national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1 'Delivering Sustainable Development', Planning Policy Statement 3 'Housing' and to Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
