Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would result in an accumulation of development which is disproportionate over and above the size of the original building and would therefore be inappropriate development which would harm the openness of the Green Belt. No very special circumstances for such development have been established and therefore the proposal would be contrary to principles established in the National Planning Policy Framework (2012).
