Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03393/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The method statement supplied herein dated 08/10/13 indicating the sequence of works shall be adhered to during construction works.

Reason: To maintain the integrity and character of the building.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on CBC/001, CBC/002 & CBC/003 received 08/10/13 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
