Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed development would, because of its size, siting and unsympathetic / incongruous design, be out of character with the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the locality / street harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene and of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and would be against the good design principles at set out in National government guidance PPS1- Creating Sustainable Communities.
