Conditions or Reasons:
1) The garage and any access thereto shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawings Nos. 0260-SU-001 and 0260-PL-020A received 28/01/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
