Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03532/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The sliding electrically operated vehicular access gate shall be of a type that is remotely controlled from the vehicles using the access. The type of gate and remote control shall thereafter be permanently retained on site unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To avoid a vehicle overhanging into the carriageway whilst the gates are being opened thereby avoiding the obstruction of the carriageway to the inconvenience of users of the highway, in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004, CBC/005 and CBC/006.
