Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03685/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external walls of the rear extension shall be finished in white render, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
2) Within two months of the date of the decision notice hereby issued a parking scheme which includes full details of a junction with a modified/widened vehicular access with the highway and full details of an adjoining vehicular hardstanding with surface water drainage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Within two months of the date of the Local Planning Authorities written approval of details reserved by this condition the junction and vehicular hardstanding shall be fully constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.
