Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site contains insufficient space to provide for the parking and manoeuvring of vehicles clear of the highway. The development if permitted would therefore likely lead to vehicles reversing at a point where visibility is substandard and would lead to danger and inconvenience to people using it and to highway users in general; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
