Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03740/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The access hereby permitted shall be of a width no less than 4 metres, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. For the purposes of this condition the width of the access shall be measured parallel to the adjoining highway.

Reason: In the interest of Highway Safety and for the avoidance of doubt.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [CBC/001; and CBC/002].

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
