Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03778/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans no works shall commence until such time as a large scale detailed drawing of at least 1:10 depicting the eaves/edge detailing of the lead roof and wood cornice to the porch hereby approved has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. Thereafter the works to the Listed building shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To protect the architectural integrity and appearance of the Listed Building as a designated heritage assess (Policy DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management 2009).
3) The works to the listed building hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [A1320/01; A1302/02; A1302/03/A; A1302/04/A; CBC/001; CBC/002; CBC/003; CBC/004].

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
