Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03803/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The garage doors herby permitted shall not commence to be installed until full details of their design and material finish have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these details shall include drawings of the doors to a scale of 1:20. Only the approved details shall be implemented.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the completed development in the interest of the visual amenities of the Toddington Conservation Area.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan number L-01

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
