Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans, all rainwater goods shall be of cast iron unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reasons: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
3) The detached garage hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the residential dwelling house and for no other purpose.

Reason: In order to ensure that no separate commercial use commences which would be inappropriate in highway terms in this location.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [CBC/001; CBC/002; CBC/003; CBC/004; CBC/005; CBC/006 and CBC/007].
