Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/03999/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the construction details shown on the submitted plans hereby approved no works shall commence until full engineering details to comply with the specification of the highway authority have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The use of the land for vehicles parking shall not take place until the area has been laid out, surfaced and drained in accordance with details first submitted to, and approved in writing, by the local Planning Authority and shall be maintained thereafter to the authority's satisfaction.

Reason: To ensure that the highway works are constructed to the Highway Authority's specification.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001; CBC/002; site location plan.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
