Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed side extension would, by reason of its siting and design, result in a cramped and visually obtrusive form of development that would be generally inappropriate in its context and poorly related to its surroundings to the detriment of the areas amenity. The proposal would thereby be contrary to national guidance contained within Planning Policy Statement 1: 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
