Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/13/04192/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The partial demolition of the existing garage as shown on approved plans CBC/002, CBC/004, CBC/005 & CBC/006 shall be completed prior to the occupation of the new conservatory.

Reason: To preserve the openness of the Green Belt. (Policy 36 D.S.C.B)
2) New external facing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.

Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R and 43 D.S.C.B).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001 - CBC/008.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
