Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/00317/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) No development shall take place until the following has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:

A specification of all proposed materials (e.g. type & origin/ manufacturer & mix of lime & sand/ aggregate for mortars or plasterwork/ render, wood lath, brick, stone, tile, slate, thatch, timber or wood);

A method statement, clearly explaining the sequence of the proposed works & how the approach accords with usual conservation good practice;

An itemised schedule of works (describing fully all repairs, re-instatements & replacement works) and agreed making good.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural or historic interest of the building or structure, its character & appearance is properly preserved, maintained & enhanced, in accordance with PPS 5 & standard conservation good practice.
