| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no works shall take place until samples of all external materials to be used in the work hereby permitted, including replacement brick, weatherboard cladding, roof tile and rainwater goods, including hopperheads, have been made available on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The work hereby permitted shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Policies 43 & 45, DSCB). |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application and in accordance with Clause 4.1 of the submitted Works Schedule and Specification hereby approved, no works shall take place until a sample panel of brickwork has been constructed on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, which shall demonstrate the proposed replacement brick type, mortar mix and mortar jointwork profile to be used in the work hereby permitted. The work hereby permitted shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application and in accordance with Clause 4.1 of the submitted Works Schedule and Specification hereby approved, no works shall take place until a sample panel of brickwork has been constructed on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, which shall demonstrate the proposed replacement brick type, mortar mix and mortar jointwork profile to be used in the work hereby permitted. The work hereby permitted shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, all redundant rainwater pipework and associated fittings shall be removed from the face of the building which shall be 'made good' thereafter to the full satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, details of which and any new or reconfigured rainwater pipework and guttering, including hopperheads, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to installation on site.

7)
The Contract Administrator for the works hereby approved shall compile a photographic record throughout the progress of the approved work and shall supply a full copy of this photographic record, clearly labelled, to the Local Planning Authority upon completion of the approved works.
Reason: To record and advance understanding of the significance of the heritage asset. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and Policies 43 & 45, DSCB). |

The works hereby permitted shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the submitted, additional and revised material as follows: Structural Inspection (David French Partnership, 20th May 2013) received 10th March 2014; Schedule of Works and Specification for Remedial Works (David French Partnership ref.13487JAE), received 20th March 2014; Covering letter accompanying revised material submission (Andrew Evans for David French Partnership) dated and received 20th March 2014; Drawing Nos. 13487/01 Rev. A (David French Partnership) dated and received 20th March 2014; 13487/02 Rev. A (David French Partnership) dated and received 20th March 2014; 13487/03 Rev. A (David French Partnership) dated and received 20th March 2014;and 13487/05 Location and Block Plan. (David French Partnership) received 30th January 2014, and details of any other work of 'opening-up', investigation and / or remedial repairs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to being undertaken on site and shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details. Furthermore the results of all additional investigative work and / or opening-up and the resulting proposed remedial work shall be submitted in writing to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the undertaking of additional remedial work on site.
