Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/00364/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/12/2014 when the hoarding shall be removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the need for a hoarding when the permission expires.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R and 43 D.S.C.B)
2) Any gates provided shall open away from and not encroach upon, the public highway. They shall be maintained in this manner throughout the construction period.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and of the premises.
(Policies T10 S.B.L.P.R and 27 & 43 D.S.C.B)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001 & CBC/002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
