Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The external materials to be used for the frame of the greenhouse hereby permitted shall be painted or stained timber upon a brick plinth unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the setting and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [CBC/001; CBC/003; CBC/004; CBC/004A; and CBC/005].

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
