Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in a loss of residential accommodation and would consequently diminish the housing stock of the district which is contrary to Policy H7 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, whereby proposals for change of use from residential to non-residential purposes will be resisted except where it can be demonstrated that the accommodation is unsuitable for continuing domestic use because of its form, location and setting and that it would be impractical to renovate or alter the accommodation for residential use.
