Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/00868/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The dormer hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the materials stipulated in the submitted planning application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure the dormer window is in-keeping with the main house.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DD 7186.1 CL.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
