Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00275
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 30 days of the date of this permission, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the building shall be submitted to the District Planning Authority. The external finish of the building shall be altered in complete accordance with the approved details within 60 days of their approval in writing by the District Planning Authority
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location & Block Plans and Plans Nos. 1 & 2 received 25/03/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
