Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed ground/first floor extension to side would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the occupiers of No 60 Holmecourt Avenue in terms of overbearing impact. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Management Policies, November 2009; National Planning Policy Framework (March 2012) and technical guidance Central Bedfordshire Design Guide Adopted 18 March 2014.
