Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/01326/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed dwelling is considered to have an unacceptable impact upon the amenities of the adjacent property, No 15 Cambridge Road, by reason of its scale and siting which would result in overbearing impact for the occupiers of the adjacent property due to the proximity of the proposed dwelling to the rear garden and rear wall of No. 15. Therefore the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Managements Policies Document Adopted 2009.
2) The proposed dwelling is considered to have a poor relationship with the surrounding dwellings such that it would result in an unacceptable impact upon the amenities of the future occupants of the dwelling in terms of loss of privacy and overlooking from the existing properties No's 11 and 13 Cambridge Road. Therefore the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Managements Policies Document Adopted 2009.
