Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/01409/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Noise resulting from the use of plant, machinery or equipment shall not exceed a noise rating level of -5dBA, Leq when measured in accordance with BS4142:1997, within the curtilage of the nearest residential dwelling 3.5m from the facade of the property in free field conditions at 1.2m to 1.5m above ground level.

Reason: To protect residential amenity.
2) No plant, machinery or equipment shall be operated, no process shall be carried out and no deliveries taken at or despatched from the site outside the following times, 0800 hrs to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday and 0800 hrs to 1400 hrs Saturday nor at any time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: to protect residential amenity.
3) The premises shall be used for a vehicle repair and servicing garage and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class B2 of the schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification).

Reason: To protect residential amenity.
4) No paint spraying shall be carried out at this site.

Reason: To ensure the amenities of neighbouring occupiers are not prejudiced by excessive smell and fumes.
5) The parking areas shown on the submitted plan shall be retained solely for the purpose of parking vehicles.

Reason: To ensure adequate parking provision within the site.
6) All vehicle testing, repairs and maintenance shall be undertaken within the existing building with doors and windows to the south east elevation closed at all times except for use as an emergency fire escape.

Reason: To protect residential amenity.
7) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A1/04, CBC002 (site plan).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
