Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding any provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the extension of the building(s) or any material alteration of its external appearance until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
2) The building shall be used as a single dwellinghouse falling within the Classes C3 or C4 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or any provision equivalent to those Classes in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification.

Reason: To exclude the provisions of the said Use Classes Order and thereby ensure the Local Planning Authority retains full control of the future use of the land/building(s) in view of the special circumstances of the case.
