Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00336
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be used as garage accommodation incidental to the use of the existing dwelling.
REASON: To safeguard the amenity of the area.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) The external finish of the garage hereby permitted shall be in keeping with the existing dwelling (in terms of brickwork, tiles, colour etc.) to the satisfaction of the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the building.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. SE2384/7 received 28 March 2008 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
